In "3D Scanning," we use the Artec Spider to create high-precision 3D models of small industrial objects and cross-sections of large objects, capturing details with an accuracy of up to 0.05mm and a resolution of 0.1mm to produce scan data. In "3D Data Creation," we use Geomagic Design X to import data obtained from the 3D scanner and create CAD data. Collaboration across boundaries through data utilization! A case where we solved it with our unique method and delivered 3D model data.

We would like to introduce a case study of our company's solution for 3D data conversion of large equipment. We received a request to create a 3D model for the current survey of complex hydraulic piping. The piping extends approximately 10 meters in length and includes areas within a pit. Using a stationary 3D scanner made it difficult to obtain data inside the pit, and there were also challenges regarding accuracy.
